Alexandria Lazor

Owner & All-Star Director

Alex has extensive personal & professional experience in every aspect of cheerleading! She has devoted her life to TAI & every child who enters. Alex has worked at TAI since being established in 2014. At the start of Season 7, she purchased the gym. Alex has spent the past nine year being responsible for everything to do with All-Star Teams, Limited Teams, and Tumbling Classes. She has stepped into the role of ownership with ease and grace and is so excited to continue to lead the program to more NCA, Cheersport, D2 Summit, Triple Crown victories! Alex oversees all teams at TAI but is excited to announce that she will be coaching Junior level 4, Senior level 5, & LXSC6 for szn11! She is also a momma to two awesome children, Remi and Barron.

Alex Smicklo

All-Star & Tumbling Instructor

Alex is walking into her fifth season at TAI as an elite coach! She is a dedicated mother to four beautiful children, two that cheer in our elite program. Alex has led our Mini level 1 team to be named back to back to BACK NCA Champions, and also led our Tiny level 1 team to be named Regional Summit Champions in 2022 and 2023! Alex will continue coaching elite teams for szn11! She is excited to announce she will be coaching our Mini level 1, Tiny level 1, and Senior level 5! She is also going to continue coaching tumbling classes and coaching private lessons! 

Amanda Stahl

Tiny Limited Coach / Tumbling Coach / Elite Coach

Amanda has been a part of the TAI family for 4 years! She recently started coaching for TAI in 2020, but has over 10 years of All Star experience, and also has a daughter in our elite program! Amanda stepped into the role of being named limited director and officially started an elite team in 2022! She is excited to announce she will be coaching Tiny level 1, Tiny Novice, Youth level 3 and Junior level 4 for szn11! She also will continue to coach tumbling classes and private lessons.

Bailey Oakes

Limited & Tumbling Instructor

Bailey has been an elite cheerleader at TAI since established in 2014, claiming 5 D2 Summit victories as an athlete in just 9 short years, 3 of the wins being back to back to back with the Ice Queens! Bailey lives and breathes competitive cheerleading. Bailey has been actively coaching at TAI for four years. Bailey is excited to continue coaching Mini level 1 for szn11! She is also coaching tumbling, and plays a huge part in our limited program!
